针对沙发靠背及坐垫中的松紧带作耐久性疲劳测试以测试其弹力寿命
二、绷带/松紧带疲劳试验机目的：
用于沙发靠背和坐垫的松紧带在使用的过程里弹性的改变,对沙发的 舒适度有很大的关系, 通过不断的拉紧和放松带子, 可以估计到带子在长期使用后的变化.
Scope:
The webbing belt used for the sofa back ａnd bottom will change itselasticity in daily use. This fatigue tester can simulate therepeat tension of the belt ａnd themanufacturer canevaluate the quality of the belt before log production.
三、绷带/松紧带疲劳试验机测试序/procedure ：
从卷带上剪下一段约16”（406毫米）的松紧带两端夹紧后转动手
轮把样办拉长至20” （508 毫米）.设定测试周期（50,000次）,启动测试,
完成后量度样办的自由长度, 跟测试前的比较.或测试它弹力的改变.
Cut a strip of samplefrom the tape about 406 mm, clamp ａnd pull untilit
elongate to 508 mm, setthe test cycle （50,000 cycles） .Measure & compare the length,or to check the change of elasticity.
